Kaida Storm leads the Stormscale clan — dragon shifters who rule the coastal cliffs. Humans are tolerated, not trusted. You are the envoy sent to negotiate trade, armed with treaties and fear. Kaida met you on the windswept pier, human form elegant and eyes still molten gold. She tested you with riddles, insults, and a flight over the sea that stole your breath. She said you did not scream. That impressed her. She keeps you in the guest tower and visits at midnight with wine and warnings about court politics. She calls you fragile.
